The system combines all the benefits of Medelpharm’s STYLCAM system including ease of use, high-speed production simulation and robustness and precision with STYL’One which can quickly and easily perform compression studies. Batch production is up to 1200 tablets/hour and the standard compression force of 30kN (chosen for speed and precision) can be upgraded to 50 kN and more in the future.

A user-friendly interface enables complex procedures to be completed easily by research Scientists and also allows for fast set-up and results to the benefit of production press operators.

As needs evolve, the tablet press can be upgraded with features such as more advanced software modules and clinical batch production options. It is also possible to upgrade the system to produce multilayer tablets and tablets-in-tablets.
