Palmisano has served Zeus, Inc. as Assistant Corporate Controller and as Corporate Controller and Risk Manager. Prior to coming to Zeus in 1990, Palmisano was a Senior Accountant with an international risk management and financial advisory firm. In his new role as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, Palmisano will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial activities. He will also continue to support Zeus’ risk management activities in evaluating and administering the company’s property, liability and medical insurance programs. Palmisano, a native of Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lehigh University in Accounting. Prior to being promoted to the position of Corporate Controller, Ciccone served as Assistant Corporate Controller since April 2008. Ciccone will be responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, cash management decisions, preparation of financial forecasts, and assisting with risk management evaluations.

Ciccone currently resides in Milltown, New Jersey and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
