Zeus, Inc., a global leader in material science and high performance polymer extrusions, announces it will showcase its impressive array of optimized tubing solutions during this year’s MD&M East trade show in New York June 7-9 at Booth No. 1703.
In addition to tight-tolerance extrusion capabilities, Zeus is able to perform multiple value-added services and features on a single product. These secondary processes include pad printing, flaring, flanging, tipping, drilling, scoring, slitting, skiving and a host of other impressive value-added capabilities. Zeus’ extensive value-added portfolio allows customers to receive their custom extrusions that have been further processed and enhanced to eliminate the need for additional downstream work and processing.
"Whether it’s developing a custom tube with a flare and drilled holes or one with a flange and tipping features, Zeus is capable of creating numerous combinations of services on a single product, eliminating the need for our customers to outsource or perform the work in-house," said Bob Jennings, Zeus Vice President, Sales and Marketing. "For our partners, it’s the difference between sourcing several different companies to get the optimum product for an application or benefiting from the convenience of having all your design needs met with Zeus. This allows for better product and quality control as well as traceability from extrusion through secondary processing."
Zeus’ capabilities include manufacturing tubing that features a flare with holes drilled spirally along with light assembly. The company also has developed a tube used as a medical component, which features a sealed tip, skived opening and pad printing logo for branding.
