Scheduled to be completed by the middle of 2019, the new building is part of an ongoing investment strategy designed to further develop Vetter sites and make available additional manufacturing capacities.
Following its completion, the new building will have a useable area of 25,000 square meters (269,000 square feet). As a modern office building, Vetter will place special emphasis on flexible usability, offering employees a state-of-the-art working environment. The employment of this contemporary office concept is designed to continue the avoidance of interfaces between administrative processes by arranging working spaces in a process-oriented manner. This approach enables project-related and interdisciplinary project teams to work together on common tasks without the barrier of distance. In addition, cooperation between elements of the administrative departments as well as the development and manufacturing sites, also located at the Schuetzenstrasse site, will be simplified.
“As managing directors of Vetter, we are thrilled to be in the position to help create an additional part of Vetter’s future today. This new office building represents yet another milestone in our strategy for growth,” said Vetter Managing Director Thomas Otto.
