news.Oxygen Biotherapeutics, a biotechnology company, has appointed Charles Seeman as the company's CFO and executive vice president of finance and administration.

In addition to prior experience as a CFO and auditor, Mr Seeman’s background includes managerial roles in compliance testing, managing business controls for accounting, treasury and tax at a global computer company.
Mr Seeman will be based at the company’s Research Triangle Park offices in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area.
Chris Stern, chairman and CEO of Oxygen Biotherapeutics, said: “Charles is a regulatory and compliance expert and will be a great addition to our team. He has a proven track record of extensive SEC reporting, financial statement preparation and accounting management, all skills the company will need as we move forward with our multi-product strategy of therapeutic oxygen carriers.”
