news.Vision-Sciences, a developer and marketer of endoscopic products, has appointed Katherine Wolf as its new executive vice-president of corporate development and CFO, effective immediately.

In this role Ms Wolf will be responsible for all of Vision-Sciences’s financial operations and business development activities.
Before joining Vision-Sciences, Ms Wolf was a managing director at HSBC in its investment banking division where she was a founding member of the firm’s health care group. Ms Wolf holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Williams College.
