news.etrials Worldwide, a provider of adaptive eClinical software and services, has appointed Joseph Trepanier III as its new permanent secretary and CFO.

Mr Trepanier has been serving as interim secretary and CFO since May 2008 and had previously been etrials’s corporate controller and vice president of finance.
Prior to joining etrials in 2008, Mr Trepanier held positions as COO with Durham, North Carolina-based SmartOnline, chief finance officer and COO at DataFlux and director of finance at Hill-Room.
Mr Trepanier holds an MBA from the Southern New Hampshire University, a BS in accounting from West Virginia University and a BS from the University of New Hampshire.
