Assay Standardisation for Monitoring of Cell Mediated Immunity

Access up to 2,000 vials of cryopreserved peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from a single donor from CTL’s extensive library of established antigen reactivity and high-resolution (HR) Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) typed healthy donors (more than 100) to enable standardisation of your cell-based assays.

CTL provides comprehensive standardisation packages for cellular assays, including:

• Serum-free media solutions and cryopreservation reagents
• Standardised antigens (CEF peptide pools)
• Cryopreserved PBMC characterised for HLA types and established antigen reactivity
• ELISPOT reference sample quality control (QC) set, characterised cryopreserved PBMC with high, low and no production of a particular cytokine in response to a specific antigen
