Propriety Collection of Small Organic Molecules for HTS

Life Chemicals’ collection of small organic molecules for high-throughput screening currently contains more than 860,000 compounds including 385,000 off-the-shelf compounds synthesized in-house and 475,000 tangible database of diverse compounds built around 2,600 original scaffolds.

All the compounds are novel, drug-like, lead-like, diverse and well-characterised molecules representing wide chemical space. The purity of the compounds is at least 90%, the quality is backed with NMR and/or LCMS assays data. Our HTS compounds collection is being permanently replenished with de-novo designed compounds with optimal physicochemical parameters for drug discovery purposes. To design our HTS compounds we use scaffold-based approach with double-level sifting. The decoration of the scaffolds can be done also using customers’ requirements.
