The DISI disintegration tester is a fully automated measuring system which combines innovative inductive measuring technology with solid design. The baskets are completely protected against any corrosion and the transfer of the signal is contact free (= no cables). With every basket upstroke, the remaining tablet height is measured and displayed graphically. Reports show disintegration time and disintegration characteristics (= remaining tablet height over time) for each tablet. For precise temperature measuring, every basket is equipped with a temperature sensor to continuously monitor the temperature of the solution inside the beaker. The DISI disintegration tester is available from one up to four independent stations.
