The Epsilon 3× instrument is a benchtop energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectrometer, powered by the latest advances in X-ray tube excitation and SDD detection technology.
Ready for any sample type
The Epsilon 3× can handle a large variety of sample types, including solids, pressed and loose powders, liquids and filters, from a few milligrams to larger bulk samples. It can perform non-destructive quantitative analysis of elements from sodium to americium, in concentrations from 100% down to ppm levels. Key pharmaceutical applications include foreign particle characterization and unknown material identification.
Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) are available and the Enhanced data security software can be configured to support 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
