The Stratophase Ranger System provides new generation capability in the control and monitoring of all stages of biotechnology processes from Upstream to Fill-and-Finish. Ranger’s state-of-the-art technology provides real-time insight into nutrient consumption and product expression. Ranger ‘closes the loop’ giving the vital information needed to adopt real-time control of the process, enabling implementation in accordance with the FDA’s/EMEA’s Process Analytical Techniques (PAT) and Quality by Design (QbD).
The Ranger system can be integrated into all bioprocesses running microbial and mammalian cell cultures. It enables bioprocess managers to monitor metabolic rate, observe both single and batch to batch trends and accurately determine the end of process. The output from Ranger is used to automate and optimise the feeding regime of the media.
