news.Dallas, Texas-based Alliance Data Systems has revealed that its Epsilon business unit will build, host and manage a customer database system for pharmaceutical firm Pfizer.

The database is being developed in an attempt to enhance Pfizer’s overall consumer outreach efforts.
Pfizer hopes to utilize Epsilon’s capabilities to gain a broader range of business opportunities, which will include expanding the verticals for which the firm provides services, and to better serve existing clients.
