news.Carestream Health, a provider of dental and medical imaging systems and healthcare IT solutions, has appointed Duane Sachs as its chief corporate development officer and a member of the company's senior leadership team.

Mr Sachs will be responsible for the creation and execution of Carestream Health’s merger and acquisition strategy and for the development of strategic growth plans.
Most recently, Mr Sachs served as a managing director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group of Banc of America Securities. Mr Sachs holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS from Georgetown University.
