Advanced Medical Institute (AMI) will conduct its business in the UK through its wholly-owned subsidiary, AMI Clinic Limited (AVMD UK).
AMI has opened its first two UK clinics in central London and in Twickenham and entered into arrangements with 22 fully licensed UK doctors and 10 UK registered nurses to service its potential patients. The company has also signed a contracting arrangement with a fully licensed UK compounding pharmacy, to fill scripts for AVMD UK’s customers.
