news.Aptuit, a drug development and pharmaceutical services company, has appointed Thierry Amat as its new CFO.

Mr Amat will oversee the financial and information technology departments of the company. Most recently, Mr Amat has served as the CFO of Sodexho, a publicly traded food services company.
Mr Amat holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA from Reims Management School.
Timothy Tyson, executive chairman and acting CEO of Aptuit, said: “Thierry’s global experience and proven leadership will be a significant addition to Aptuit’s management team. His proven successes in all phases of financial management will be a great asset as we move into the next phase of growth.”
