Dr Reddy’s wins approval for generic hypertension drug

India-based global pharmaceutical company Dr Reddy's Laboratories has received approval from the FDA for trandolapril tablets, according to Reuters.

The drug is a generic version of Abbott Laboratories’ Mavik tablets and is indicated for the treatment of hypertension.
