Symbion CP Holdings (Symbion Consumer) manufactures, markets and distributes nutraceuticals and over the counter brands throughout Australia and New Zealand.
It is reported that Symbion Consumer has a portfolio of premium brands including Natures Own, Cenovis, Bio-organics, Golden Glow and Microgenics. Sales will be consolidated by Sanofi-Aventis as from September 1, 2008.
