news.US-based biotechnology company Dyax has appointed George Migausky as its new executive vice president and CFO following the retirement of Steve Galliker.

At Dyax, Mr Migausky will serve as a member of the executive management team and be responsible for the company’s financial operations.
Prior to joining Dyax, Mr Migausky served as CFO of Wellstat Management Company. Mr Migausky has received an MBA from Babson College and a BS from Boston College.
Henry Blair, chairman, president and CEO of Dyax, said: “With his extensive financial, operational and management experience, George will be instrumental in furthering our strategic growth initiatives, particularly as we advance to the next pivotal stages for Dyax.”
