BettrLife partners with Viridian Health Management to improve diabetes care and prevention

Through this partnership, BettrLife’s mobile health software will be integrated with Viridian’s Maestro population health management platform, allowing users to interact directly with Viridian health coaches.

Through integration with BettrLife, health coaches using Viridian’s Maestro population health management platform can now capture data from remote monitoring devices, while easily tracking food intake and nutritional details.

BettrLife’s proprietary Health Coach Dashboard will allow Viridian’s health coaches to interact directly with participants – providing customized content and encouragement while ensuring compliance with prescriptive meal plans designed to manage diabetic populations.

Viridian Health Management CEO Brenda Schmidt noted that the company is excited to partner with BettrLife to support the National Diabetes Prevention Program and better manage patients with diabetes.

BettrLife’s mobile- and web-based tools promote user engagement through a smart-logging functionality that intuitively suggests the most commonly chosen foods, allowing complete meal logging in only a few clicks.

Additionally, the advanced search feature utilizes Google search to scan thousands of recipes, in addition to BettrLife’s comprehensive database of restaurants, USDA food data, and grocery items to ensure all food can be easily logged.
