Easton will continue to serve as chairman of the board following the appointment of the company’s new CEO.
He has spent the past eight years managing research projects and has assembled a team of medical doctors, researchers and a professional management team to execute Easton Pharmaceuticals’ business objectives.
Easton said he will work for the successful execution of their business plan.
"This includes the continuation of an active selection process for an industry-seasoned CEO as my successor, which we expect to announce the appointment of in a full-time capacity very shortly," Easton said.
Easton Pharma’s flagship product VIORRA is an over-the-counter aid for the treatment to restore and improve vaginal moisture and elasticity.
