Click4Care has forged a partnership with iWay Software to help Click4Care clients cost-effectively integrate disparate information technology (IT) systems, with its care management platform. iWay’s streamlined and scaleable integration model enables healthcare payors to interface Click4Care’s software with their claims processing system, member and provider databases, decision support, document management and other IT applications.

Click4Care’s care management software suite allows payors to aggregate critical patient information to identify the members, who would benefit most from active care management. The software’s functionality offers health plans, health insurers and third party administrators an integrated view of all member activity across utilization management, disease management, case management, and health and wellness management.
