There’s not a better feeling than knowing when you come to work that you’re working with a bunch of people that have your back and vice versa. I definitely feel that here. I’ve still got many new things to learn, but I know there are people here who are going to help me, and whatever problems we get into, everyone’s there to help each other.

When employees are happy where they’re at, they’re going to take a lot of pride in their work. When they take a lot of pride in their work, they excel at the quality of their work also. Happy employees produce a lot of quality product.

When customers do come to visit, our employees are a great sales tool in that they see how well engaged they are with the company. They get to see first hand just the commitment that folks have here to doing things right and taking care of our customers.
