We have a group of people who think outside the box and can come up with solutions for things that people have never even considered. Then when we hand it off to our fabrication team, I really consider those people as true artisans because they can take metal and turn it into any shape and make it do anything. Then the automation people can wire it and program it to do pure magic.

One of the most fun things we’re doing right now is working with a group that we built a complete system for several years ago at another company and they have now come to us from their new company and we get to build a new system for them. That’s just awesome.
