We have experienced in-house independent quality assurance (QA) groups. We pride ourselves on having one of the highest ratios of QA staff to scientists in the industry and have extensive experience of audits from sponsors and regulatory authorities including: MHRA, DKMA & FDA.
Our in-depth understanding of the complex technical and regulatory issues surrounding bioanalysis allows us to advise our clients and add value to their projects. In addition, we take the pain out of sample logistics.
We support the bioanalysis of therapeutic biological entities, using immunoassay techniques. We also offer development of immunoassay-based methods, as well as expert advice on a selection of appropriate biomarkers for specific therapeutic areas.
The fully temperature-controlled immunoassay laboratories are equipped with the latest robotic liquid handling and microwell plate reader technology. We offer a range of high speed detection techniques for both hapten and macro molecules, including colorimetric, absorbance, fluorescence, time-resolved fluorescence and chemiluminescence, gamma- and liquid scintillation detection.
As with all areas of analysis, we are committed to offering our sponsors the best methodologies and detection systems currently available. To this end we have significant experience of electrochemiluminescence utilising MSD technology and the GyroLab systems.
For small molecules we have a range of state-of-the-art instrumentation, including AB Sciex 4000 and 5000 LC MS/MS, Waters Acquity UPLC, Spark Holland Symbiosis and Cohesive TurboFlow systems.
The use of industry standard information technology systems ensures that data is collected, stored and supplied to the sponsor in the most secure and time efficient manner via Watson LIMS or ClinAxys.
Our project management team has many years’ experience in providing seamless and high quality project management and logistics services, including the preparation of laboratory manuals and sampling kits and the management, shipment and storage of samples.
